Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via Australia Post Standard service with shipping charged at time of checkout. If you require Express Post, please contact us on enquiries@thedustyfox.com.au

Delivery can take between 3 - 7 business days within Australian metro areas. Please allow additional time for regional locations. For more precise regional delivery times, please contact Australia Post 

 

Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
We kindly ask that you provide correct delivery address information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
The Dusty Fox will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered by Australia Post, so please ensure you have updated your settings with Australia Post to enable signature on delivery or to leave it in a safe location if nobody is home / return to the post office.

 

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order please email us direct at: enquiries.thedustyfox@gmail.com

Damaged or faulty items

In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will offered or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed. 

The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
